The other side of the coin

Although my focus is on assistance to buyers and lessees, there are two aspects of my work as an Exclusive Buyer Broker that are worth mentioning if you're interested in disposing of a property or finding someone to lease all (or part) of it:
a)   I may already have a client who's looking for what you have -- in which case, I'll gladly see if I can generate an offer for you.
b)   I'll willingly add your property to my list of client needs -- and the information will automatically also get added to the master pages.  This can end up bringing a potential buyer to my attention and, of course, yours.

None of this will cost you anything -- any more than my services to my buyer clients do at the outset. I get paid for what I do by bringing buyers and sellers together and earning a commission when a transaction is successfully completed.
